Terms of Service:
- A release of liability agreement is mandatory for all adults and minors
- A release of liability agreement must be completed and signed at the time of reservation
- No one participates without a completed and signed release of liability agreement on file
- Our cancellation and release of liability agreement is delivered to the booking party
- The booking party must share this link https://propowderguides.com/liability/ and remind participants to complete and endorse the required agreement (until we have all participant’s release of liability agreements on file)
- If a participant arrives at our meeting without having completed a release of liability for any reason, and refuses to complete a release for any reason, please note our cancellation policy
- It’s each participant’s responsibility to understand and comply with our cancellation and release of liability agreement
- Please note, the time required to legibly complete a release of liability agreement for each participant on the mountain, may adversely impact your available rental time
- We do not credit time or issue refunds when slow mobile phone coverage prevents you from accessing our online release of liability agreement at our meeting place
- We do not credit time or issue refunds for the time it takes everyone in your group to complete a paper release of liability agreement at our meeting place
Helpful Notes for Participants:
- Complete a release of liability form online, at your leisure, before you leave home
- Plan extra time to reach our meeting place, for winter road traffic, to park your car, to use the bathroom and to walk from parking to the meeting place
- Check Mapquest the night before. Mobile phone coverage at the meeting place is weak and may not be available just when you need your phone map/GPS
- Buy your lift ticket and be geared up and ready to ride the lift before our meeting
